This site is dedicated to the memory of Amelie Aspland-Kuhn.

My name is Ben Aspland. A few years ago, my family lost a very brave little lady called Amelie. Her and her twin, Ella were born very early and Amelie was smaller even than Ella at birth. Both of the girls battled for survival and Ella is now a beautiful and amazing girl, full of mischief, fun and with a terrific smile. Sadly, Amelie's lungs failed her when she was 5 and a half months old. She had spent almost every day of her life in hospital. Bliss were a great help to my sister and her husband during this time and the information that they provided was very useful in helping them to cope. It would be nice to give a little back in thanks. On the 15th, I am once again going to take part in a cycling event (54 miles from London to Brighton). It's my way of remembering one of the bravest people that I ever met. I'd be delighted if any of my friends and family would like to sponsor me and donate to Bliss and help them to carry on the great work that they do. Thank you all. (and if you are in Brighton at lunchtime on Sunday the 15th, it'd be great to see you).
